2 times in the gospels it says something was the “custom” of Jesus:

  1. “as was his custom, he taught them” (Mark 10:1)
  2. “as was his custom he went to the synagogue on the Sabbath day” (Luke 4:16)

Thus, the gospel records tell us He was accustomed to going to the synagogue and teaching. These weren’t just things He did, but things he routinely did.
